Today’s card is being featured on Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration. The challenge was to create a card using the new In Colors. Usually when I see the new Stampin' Up In Colors, I need to see some examples before I fall in love with them. With this year's colors, it was love at first sight. They are amazing! I went with a simple design with lots of color. I preordered the new Love and Affection stamp set and have been amazed at how versatile it is! Definitely a keeper!

Baby Wipe Technique

Today’s card is being featured on Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration. The challenge was to create a card for Masculine Monday. So my end result does have glitter, but I still think this is a pretty masculine card. I used the baby wipe technique to have a bit of fun with the retiring I Think You're Great stamp set. I love this technique! I seriously need to make more cards using it.

Sunday Haul #11

I popped into Michael's the other day to grab a new PL album for the baby. I found this Project Life album on clearance and snapped it up. While there, I noticed a coupon for 40% all Recollections stickers and embellishments. I somehow only walked out with these four things (MAMBI stickers were on clearance). These will be perfect additions to the newest addition's album. I didn't take a picture, but I also received my May stamp club order. I was buying strategically and just picked up some cardstock and dimensionals.

Blackberry Vases

Today’s card is being featured on Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration. The challenge was to create a monochromatic card using a retiring in color. Of course my favorite in color is Blackberry Bliss. I love all the purples! I decided to play with color resist to highlight the color and retiring stamp set. I am loving the end result!

Typeset Butterflies

Today’s card is being featured on Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration. The challenge was to create a card using a retiring product. I've been trying to use a decent portion of the retiring DSP. I fully admit to be a DSP hoarder. For this card, I'm actually using two different DSP packs. I love the simple color combos and mix of pattern papers.
