This is a new challenge for myself. I want to set some monthly exercise goals. Unfortunately I am still in Indiana until January 6th. I just can't get into the exercise mindset until getting back home. It may be cheating a bit, but I'm not going to start until January 7th. Even if I decide on goals today, I know I'm not going to follow them until I get home. That means that I have a few days to accomplish my first goal...
- Get a fitness tracker (looking for a deal)
- Walk at least 4 times a week
- Create an intentional meal plan for the rest of January
- Find a yoga routine I can do at home & start doing it!
2015 goals:
- Lose two pants sizes
- Get more energy
- Create and keep an exercise routine
- Gradually increase my steps goals throughout the year
