Pretty decent, although it definitely needed more frik than the recipe called for.

Good, but not amazing. I wasn’t super fan of the mix of flavors.

Recipe 39: Zurek (Rye Soup) from Poland

This was very interesting. I actually took the 5 days to prep the sour liquid and it definitely adds an interesting flavor. We will have to make this one again.
