I saw this dress and immediately wanted to create a casual outfit to compliment it. For me, I would wear the dress as a tunic, but for those more confident or shorter than I, it would make a cute dress. I kept the clothing pieces neutral to ket the casual vibe. This also always the accessories to really pop. I don't wear hair flowers, but something about this outfit screamed hair flower. On the other hand, I would definitely carry that bag.
