Top Ten Tuesday -- Looking Forward to in 2012

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created here at The Broke and the Bookish. This meme was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We’d love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists! Each week we will post a new Top Ten list complete with one of our bloggers’ answers. Everyone is welcome to join.  If you can’t come up with ten, don’t worry about it—post as many as you can!

1. Timeless by Gail Carriger -- I am desperately waiting for the fifth book in the Parasol Protectorate series.  I want to see what happens with Alexia, Lord Maccon, and the baby.  Such mysteries!

2. Midnight in Austenland by Shannon Hale -- I loved Austenland and just heard that there is going ot be a sequel.  Can't wait.

3. New volumes of Fables -- My favorite series.  I've read most of the volumes out already.  There's just a few left.  Thankfully the next volume is slated for release in the spring.

4. New volumes of The Boys -- Thankfully, J keeps up with the buying of the new volumes.  We have the ninth volume sitting in the dining room.  The tenth volume will be out sometime in the spring.

5. The Hunger Games trilogy -- I feel like the only person that hasn't read these yet.  Thanks to my wonderful Secret Santas, I now have the entire series just waiting to be read.  These are on the short list.

6. Lots of zombie books -- I went a little crazy at the library and checked out 6 zombie novels.  I also have about 6 more sitting in my TBR pile.  I feel a zombie marathon coming up.  Maybe with a zombie movie marathon to count towards my Day Zero Project.

7. Miss Peregrine's School for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs -- I won this at the end of last year and it's been tempting me since.

8. Nonfiction -- Nonfiction in general.  I didn't read much last year and I really want to get back into some interesting books.
